Sarah married James Alexander Howard, son of Alexander Howard and Elizabeth (unknown), on 14 March 1911 at Clarksburg, Harrison County, West Virginia. J. E. Bird, a Minister of the Gospel, certified that he united them in marriage.3 Beebe was located on what is now Rt. 59; in those days it was a stage coach stop near Pumpkin Creek. Sarah died at age 58 on 22 June 1947 in Marshall County, West Virginia. Cause of death was cardiac decompensation due to hypertension.4
