Judy died at age 19 from Down's Syndrome on 27 November 1965 in Marshall County, West Virginia.1,3 Judy's body was interred in the Fork Ridge Christian Church Cemetery, 8681 Fork Ridge Road, Glen Easton, Marshall County, West Virginia; her name appears on the gravestone as "Judy K. Aston." The inscription reads, "From the branch of life, three leaves have fallen." There is one gravestone for Judy and her parents, Joseph and Mary Aston.1
