Almeda died at age 75 on 7 March 1954 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, Marshall County, West Virginia.3 Almeda's body was interred on 10 March 1954 in the Limestone Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Limestone, Marshall County, West Virginia.3
