Charlotte died at age 78 on 11 August 1894,4,9 reportedly in Marshall County, West Virginia.8 Interred in the Burch Cemetery, Burch Ridge, Marshall County, West Virginia, her name reportedly appears on the gravestone as "Charlotte S. Harris". An additional inscription reads, "wife of William."4,10
