Ralph Roscoe Stewart1

ID#311, b. 14 July 1886, d. 17 September 1967
Father: Samuel McKinney Stewart
Mother: Martha Emmaline "Mattie" Jefferson

Birth date: 14 July 1886
Birth place: Glen Easton, Marshall County, West Virginia.2,3,1

Ralph's first marriage was to Margaret White on 30 March 1916 in Ohio County, West Virginia. Rev. S. S. White certified that he united them in marriage at the bride's house near Wadestown. As Wadestown is in Monongalia County rather than Ohio County where the license was issued, my initial guess was that the minister may have been a relative as he has the same surname.3

He became a widower when Margaret died in 1920.4

His second marriage was to Darling R. White on 18 July 1925 at Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia. H. M. Riddle certified that he united them in marriage.5

Ralph died at age 81 on 17 September 1967 at St. Joseph Hospital, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.6 Ralph's body was interred on 19 September 1967 in the Mt. Tabor, Monongalia County, West Virginia.1
