Eula married Anise Church, son of Eli Church and Lenora Susan "Nora" Summers, on 23 June 1926 at Moundsville, Marshall County, West Virginia. W. C. Harold, a Baptist minister, certified that he united them in marriage.3

Eula died at age 96 on 24 May 1996 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, Marshall County, West Virginia.5

An obituary was published on 25 May 1996 Moundsville Daily Echo, Moundsville, Marshall County, West Virginia.2 The following is a transcription of that obituary:

"EULA CHURCH DIED FRIDAY
     Eula C. Church, 96, of Meighen Avenue, Moundsville died Friday, May 24 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital. She was born August 4, 1899 at Dry Ridge, Cameron.
     Eula was the daughter of the late Oscar and Sabra Francis McMillan. She was a retired operator for the C&P Telephone Company and co-owner of the former Church's Dry Cleaning, Moundsville.
     She was a member of the Moundsville Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Willing Helpers Class, she was also a member of the Pythian Sisters.
     She was preceded in death by her husband, Okey Ansie Church in 1954, one brother Glen McMillan and one sister, Fern Klein.
     Surviving are two sisters, Elizabeth McHenry of Moundsville and Grace Hague of Jacksonville, FL. Three nephews, Robert McHenry of Moundsville, Ron Simmons of Fl., and Don Klein of VA., two nieces Dr. Sally Hague of Jacksonville, FL., and Betty Sastrow of Clermount, FL., several nieces and nephews.
     There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be held Monday at 1 pm at the Limestone Cemetery, Moundsville with Rev. J. Thomas Steele officiating.
     Memorial contributions may be made to the Moundsville Baptist Church, 1911 Fourth Street, Moundsville, WV., 26041.
