On 24 March 1927 in Marshall County, West Virginia, Ollie applied for a marriage license with Erma Katherine Crow, daughter of Wesley Crow and Elizabeth Esther "Lizzie" Leach. Written consent for issuance of the license was given by Wesley Crow, Erma's father, as she was only 20 years old. The authorization to marry was signed 24 March 1927 by J. E. Chase, Clerk of the County Court.4

Ollie married Erma Katherine Crow, daughter of Wesley Crow and Elizabeth Esther "Lizzie" Leach, on 30 March 1927 at Moundsville, Marshall County, West Virginia. W. C. Harold, (known to be a Baptist minister), certified that he united them in marriage.4

Ollie died at age 62 from coronary occlusion on 1 April 1966 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, Marshall County, West Virginia. Just like his older brother, Anise, Ollie died within minutes from the obstruction of blood flow in a coronary artery. He had had two previous coronaries.3 Ollie's body was interred on 4 April 1966 in the Halcyon Hills Memorial Park, Rt. 88, Sherrard, Ohio County, West Virginia.3,8,9
