Margaret married Orrel A. Church, son of Eli Church and Lenora Susan "Nora" Summers, on 30 April 1938 at Moundsville, Marshall County, West Virginia. Vernon C. Cutright, a minister of the Methodist/Episcopal Church, certified that he united them in marriage.2

She became a widow at age 66 when Orrel died on 8 December 1983.3,4,5 Orrel's body was interred in the Fork Ridge Christian Church Cemetery, 8681 Fork Ridge Road, Glen Easton, Marshall County, West Virginia; her name appears on the gravestone as "Orrel Church."6

Ruth died at age 97 on 26 September 2014 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, Marshall County, West Virginia.7

"Margaret Ruth Church
March 14, 1917 - September 26, 2014
Church, Margaret "Ruth" age 97 of Center Street, Moundsville, WV died Friday, September 26, 2014 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, WV.
She was born March 14, 1917 in Littleton, WV the daughter of the late Thomas Edgar and Linnie Mae Reese Henderson.
Ruth was retired from the US Stamping Co. and was a member of Cedar Avenue Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Orrel Amos Church; three brothers, William, Thomas, and Homer Henderson; and a sister, Mae Smith.
She is survived by her daughter, Mona (Ken) Davis of New Martinsville; two grandchildren, Craig (Kathy) Davis of Athens, OH and Curt Davis of W. Columbia, SC; two great grandchildren, Jason & Andrew Davis; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville where funeral services will be held on Monday at 1pm with Evang. Brian Price officiating.
Interment in Fork Ridge Christian Church Cemetery, Moundsville, WV."
