Carroll County, Ohio, Rose Township
Carroll County was formed on Christmas Day 1832 from five neighboring counties: Stark, Columbiana, Jefferson, Harrison, and Tuscarawas; named after Charles Carroll, last surviving signer of the Declaration of Independence.
